Visitor Moorings With Exceptional Facilities
Windermere Marina Village offers safe, secure and sheltered marina berths for crafts from 15 – 50’, allowing us to accommodate all types of vessels, from traditional sports boats to sailing boats and luxury motor cruisers. No matter what size your boat may be or how long you wish to stay with us, everyone is welcome at Windermere Marina Village.
Our visitor and holiday moorings on Windermere are available all year round, and offer the following amenities:
- Floating pontoon mooring for one boat, up to 26’ long with a maximum draft of 3’ – larger boats can be accommodated, but please call us to check availability
- A fully-serviced mooring with electricity, TV, water and Wi-Fi
- Use of slipway to launch and recover your boat
- Car and trailer parking
- Access to toilet, shower and laundry block
- Use of The Boathouse Bar & Restaurant, which sits on the edge of the marina (overlooking the moorings)
Competitively Priced Holiday Moorings On Lake Windermere
Our visitor moorings are competitively priced, meaning that you can enjoy your stay in Windermere for as long as you like. If your boat is already moored on Windermere, the cost of staying in Windermere Marina Village complex is just £30 per night. For those who have travelled from further afield, an initial fee of £85 for the first two nights is required to account for the berth, use of the slipway and for trailer storage, with a £30 per night charge for each additional night.
When you arrive to moor your boat with us, we require a copy of your boat insurance on arrival, as well as details of your lake registration number. You can register your boat for use on Windermere at the Lake Warden’s office, which is conveniently located next door to Windermere Marina Village. Additionally, you can also register by calling the Lake District National Park on 01539 724555.
